Orrwood's Patent Pending (Merriehill Chicagoan x Beamsbaby)

"Penny" is the last daughter of the beautiful Beamine daughter, Beamsbaby. Her sire needs no introduction, as he has been not only a great sire of show horses, but is quickly developing a reputation as a valued contributor to broodmare greats. Penny has an enviable four-cornered trot and the desire to grab the attention of everyone in her path. She made her show ring debut in 2004 and brought home a blue in Junior Horse English Pleasure at the UPHA Chapter V Show in Columbia, Missouri with trainer Max Ciampoli in the irons. We expect great things of her first foal, a beautiful black gelding, Orrwood's Drakkar, sired by Aspenglow's Insurrection (Tara's Cherokee x Cedar Creek Pandemonium).

Jellico Fancy Affair (Nairobi x Chandel Laurel)

Fancy was our very first Morgan, and she has followed the trend of her forebearers and "done it all"! She rides, drives and jumps, and produced our first foal, ORRWOOD'S MADISON BAY (by World Champion Thunderbay), who recently won three huge Hunter Pleasure classes at the prestigious 2003 New England Regional Morgan Horse Show for owner Julie Costello.

Acquired for our broodmare group because of her talent and size, "Zita" has wowed us all with her presence and we are thrilled with her first foal, Orrwood's Leading Lady, now a two year old mare by DBA Street Talk (Serenity Masterpiece x Kinglow's Cherish).

For her next presentation, she has been bred to multiple World Champion Stand And Deliver for a 2009 arrival.
